30 Years of Industry Experience – Now Working for You

At Selling Swag VA, we know firsthand the challenges promo sales reps and distributors face—because we’ve lived them. Our journey spans three decades in the promotional products industry, testing, refining, and perfecting systems to support business owners like you.

After successfully testing our Virtual Assistant (VA) model for two years, we are now making this game-changing service available to help distributors and sales reps free up time, stay organized, and scale faster.

1994 – The Beginning: Granny’s Goodies

We entered the promo industry by launching Granny’s Goodies, an industry supplier specializing in care packages, gift baskets, and fulfillment for distributors. This hands-on experience in product sourcing and fulfillment laid the foundation for understanding distributor needs.

2004 – On Sale Promos: Becoming a Distributor

We took the leap into distributorship with On Sale Promos (www.OnSalePromos.com), running our own business while collaborating with four of the largest back-office partners in the promo industry. This experience exposed us to the gaps in customer support, operational efficiency, and accountability that many sales reps and distributors struggle with.

2012 – The Swag Coach: Training Promo Professionals

We launched The Swag Coach (The Swag Coach) to train sales reps and distributors on how to build and grow a successful promo business. Our 11-module training program covered everything from lead generation to sales best practices, equipping industry professionals with the tools to succeed.

2020 – Distributors Helping Distributors: Community Support During COVID

In response to the challenges of the pandemic, we launched the Distributors Helping Distributors webinar series to provide support, strategy, and guidance to industry professionals navigating uncertainty.

2021 – Small Group Coaching: Peer Accountability for Growth

We introduced Small Group Coaching (The Swag Coach), a peer-to-peer accountability program helping distributor reps and owners scale their promo sales and businesses with the support of an experienced and giving community.

2022 – Virtual CSR Training: Elevating Sales Rep Support

To bridge the gap in operational efficiency, we developed a Virtual CSR Training Program, equipping Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with the skills to handle order processing, store management, and finance tasks—ensuring promo businesses run smoothly.

2025 – Selling Swag VA: A Proven Model, Now for You

After successfully testing this Virtual Assistant (VA) service in our own business, we are officially launching Selling Swag VA (www.SellingSwagVA.com) to help promo sales reps and distributors streamline their operations and focus on what they do best—selling and growing their business.
